Subway all over town is just going down hill. You can tell theres a directive to undercut portions. Cheese and herb had no cheese on top and ham was grey. Refused to have it and when they took off the first few slices there was a massive improvement.....and like the way of many places the just eat orders are a priority. Dont even apologise for making you wait whilst they continuously process those orders. If anything i feel an inconvenience for them.
Not best pleased. Was asked to wait outside for 20 minutes due to Covid rules although no other customer was inside at the time. I believe it was due to the staff being overwhelmed with online orders (Saw order receipts on the counter), In store customers should be given priority in my opinion. I could go on about how wonderful everything else was or how nice the store looked nah.. Fix the basics.

Ordered from Oakengates several times via deliveroo over the last few months and, touch wood, each time it's quick, accurate and enjoyed the sandwiches. They have also made a tweak to send you un refrigerated drinks so that they don't cause your sandwich to go cold.
