The Dook as we locals pronounce the name is a pub of many happy and everlasting memories made with friends since it became my local 15 years ago..always a friendly reception from other locals/punters when you arrive for a few pints after a hard day.Good variety of beers in tap, abundance of spirits with specials and more tha enough bar staff to cope with the demand when it gets busy. My friends and I popped in for a quick drink both before and after we had a meal out The man and woman working behind the bar were very friendly and seem to genuinely take an interest in all of their customers.The pub has also had a new covered outdoor area built which looks fabulous. I'm sure my friends and I will come back.
