***Wow***Been visiting the Woodbridge Inn for sometime now but never got round to giving them a review.Called in at lunchtime today, the building was warm and toasty for this cold autumn day. The atmosphere here is excellent, everyone is happy and having a good time. What a lovely restaurant. Unfortunately didn't really get a chance to see the grounds or sit outside as the weather was awful. For a Monday night, the restaurant was very busy however, we were attended to and shown our table very quickly. Our waitress was very knowledgeable on the wine available and offered suggestions. Nicely situated, very popular pub, above the banks of the Severn.We had a table in a bay alcove, overlooking the river. Food was very good and plentiful. Dog friendly, with a promotional display of doggie food. Adequate parking during our visit, a Friday lunchtime, on a very hot day.Recommended.
