Very helpful and friendly staff. The bar guy helped to choose an ale by describing the tastes and also gave samples to help choose.Great choice of drinks.The food was brilliant, really tasty and well cooked. Lovely to see the pub busy on a week day. Popped in for an early tea with the two dogs. Treated like royalty by the lovely Harriet, dog choccie buttons and biscuits along with a bowl of water. Food was gorgeous as always. Highly recommended!
