Having just left The Old hand and diamond following a 2 night stay, we felt we had to leave a review to show our appreciation for the accommodation, and experience as a whole. Upon our arrival we were greeted and shown to our room by a member of staff and asked whether we wanted to book a table for the night. Last minute b&b booking. Friendly, welcoming service. Room and ensuite were clean and fresh. Bed clean and comfy. Full English breakfast was amazing, locally sourced and very tasty. 5* all round. Will definitely be rebooking.

We recently had the pleasure of a wonderful weekend stay at this most welcoming country pub. The atmospheric family room that we had was lovely, with all the amenities you could ask for.The food and drink were excellent, and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We will certainly be returning when next in the area. A big thank you to the busy hands-on owners who have a business that you can be very proud of.
