Weird customer service.The girl at the checkout was welcoming, while collecting my coffee the lady who served just dropped the coffee mug in front and moved, I looked around there were no people so I asked is it for me, got a nod and then I picked it... for some reason felt like being served at a school canteen..Coffee was good no doubt, and pretty much as expected anywhere else..Vegetarian options: AvailableKid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sureParking: Good parking spaceVery good locationDietary restrictions: Caters all

A big thank you to the kind and considerate staff. We accidentally tipped over a tea and created quite a mess. The staff were great. Replaced the tea, cleared up the mess (I offered to help!), and were very good humoured about it. Truly excellent customer service.

Stopped whilst on a long drive as I was feeling tired, decided to get a coffee from Costa at bridgewater services. One large latte, cup only half filled,bitter tasting cheap coffee beans, thats £4.60 please. Nice one

Terrible customer service from a young lady at the drive through window. Really rude and simply wanted to get rid of me as quick as possible. Didn’t ask if wanted cream and when I payed more for cream, nothing given? I saw that she poured away some of my hot chocolate just to put some watery cream on my girlfriends hot chocolate. Definitely wouldn’t return to this one after having a bad experience today…

On way home from lovely weekend in Exmouth, called into this Costa, use them a lot, this one I am afraid is probably the least favourite to say the least, arrived and waited at counter while staff walked past or put cups away, waited some more hopeful of someone noticed me , then served by ex KGB member who looked as she was in the wrong job , got the order wrong, never mind just give me the coffee and cake , paid , not a thanks or smile, and all the while behind her a tap was running flat out overflowing onto the floor, well done all . Needs leadership and customer service lessons.

Standard Costa - but with nice seats outside. My iced coffee was sadly lukewarm but I guess service stations are always busy...Anyway, it's a Costa - you'll get what you expect! (It was quite funny to see jubilee muffins etc still in the shop three weeks afterwards - hope they're in date!)

Not open at 7pm when we went for coffee. All locked up at main door. Refused servous at drive thru as we were not in a car as it was parked up. Plus the staff were so rude said we wouldn't serve you as we are closed. Yet google advertising them as open! V v disappointed

Nice clean Costa here. Service was very good and the young server at the counter was very helpful. I wanted an oatmilk Latte but had no oat left. Had coconut instead. She offered if I didn't like to comeback and she would change it for another choice. Now that's really good customer service which most places fall short on thesedays.

Always good coffee. Limited savoury choices but cakes etc are delicious. Their brand is well known and once you have been a couple of times, you know what to expect.
