Wednesday 12th April 2023Today when I ventured into this proper locals real ale pub on the outskirts of Bridge waterThere was 3 real ales onEvery one in the pub knew each other the landlady was very good and a easy going atmosphere was had there was a beer off so the landlady when saw this went down to cellar and changed itSadly no CAMRA MEMBER DISCOUNTBut since COVID lots of things have gone out of favourGood pub I would use again
We called in as we were out for a drive, we received a very friendly welcome and shown the menu. We chose the curry platter for 2. Yes we had to wait a bit but it was freshly cooked and well worth the wait. The open fire was a very nice feature on a cold day. Thank you.
