Fancied a toasted sandwich for lunch during our lovely little trip to the beautiful cheddar gorge, liked the look of the menu and so decided to pop in and as the sun was shining picked an outside table near a pond.Went in and ordered our food, we didnt wait long and all our food arrived and was absolutley delicious! We stopped in here on our way through Cheddar drawn in by the name and the look of the place. I know that they were short-staffed on the day, but it was well over an hour before our meals and drinks arrived. Not being in a hurry we stuck it out, but it would have been much better had the milkshakes arrived with the pasties and sandwich and the staff been a bit more enthusiastic.

Looked at the reviews of the cafe and was a bit put off however noted the reviews were in the same week so thought we’d give it a go.
