I ordered over £25 worth of food via the KFC app which wss never delivered, when i turned up to the store I was told by Faizan who told me he was the duty manager that this is a common problem however there is nothing we can do and we will have to contact uber eats directly even though this was ordered through KFC Faiaz was berry rude and dismissive and even said he knew it was KFC fault but still told us to leave without Giving us a realistic option yo receive either our food...read full review
Deborah gave us great service with a smile and gave us a great recommendation of the gravy triple bucket, I wish I had her energy she seems to be doing everything. Food nice and hot and all left with full stomachs. We will be back again and hopefully Deborah will be there to serve us.

Ordered to eat in and did table collection but they did not deliver to our table although the staff were delivering to other tables. The lid was not put on my drink properly so spilled everywhere and burnt me. Staff were unhelpful will not be eating at that branch again. Well we tried again today and the chicken was very dry like it had been left under a heat lamp all day.
