We had a lovely meal for here for mother's day. A good choice of vegetarian options, I really enjoyed the goats cheese, leek and filo pie. There was a great selection of traditional desserts to choose from as well. The pub had a lovely friendly atmosphere -and was in a very pretty location, just next to the Mump ?
What a great pub to visit when walking in this area! Excellent pint of Otter Amber, and a good lunch menu to choose from, at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful, patient and understanding, despite our late arrival. Will definitely recommend to other walkers, and hope to return soon.Food & drinks: Excellent choice of tasty lunchtime snacks, well-presented and reasonably priced.
