This is strictly a local knowledge and mostly for locals venue.I've met my karate instructor (sensei) here on occasion as he lives near-by and the beer is tolerable (Otter & Doombar on the latest visit) One of the unique features of the place is a pool table that rises under power, from under a small dance floor.There's a skittle alley and a decent beer garden, on those rare occasions when the weather is good, but parking is non existent.The owner is also the proprietor of Centurian...read full review

A great little bar with pool table, darts board , sports TV and friendly service with a good selection of drinks. Lovely food too . Parking is the only negative but well worth the walk .
