We stopped here for a pot of tea and a coffee, with no expectations as we'd just stumbled across it on a walk, but so glad we did. I had a flat white that was perfect, and served in a lovely decent sized mug. My partner had a pot of breakfast tea which he said was really nice. Called in for some drinks and a pastry after a walk to the harbour. Lovely little cafe with a great view. Excellent customer service which a lot of places could learn from. The guy running it was very welcoming and friendly. Coffee was very tasty and the tea served in proper china cups and saucers. Pastry was fresh and warm. Nice selection of pastries, pasty’s and freshly made sandwiches. Would definitely visit again.
Had beautiful ice creams from this establishment plus a doggy ice-cream for our pooch, which we all enjoyed. The very pleasant gentleman that served us was polite and friendly. The ice cream's were presented well with crispy cones.I inadvertently dropped my mobile phone in the outside space. When I realised what had happened I returned to the cafe to see if it had been handed in. The young man had found my phone and kept it for me.
