We have visited the Old Farmhouse a few times and have always enjoyed our visits. This time we met friends for Sunday roast, which is a carvery. I must admit I would normally avoid a carvery as in the past I’ve experienced dried meat and soggy vegetables, but rest assured you’ll get the best pub Sunday lunch possible here. Please consider booking a table prior to your arrival. It is very busy, especially on Sunday. In regards to carvery, I believe they have the most tasty beef and pork I have tasted. The hygiene and the organization is another level. The carvery was so organized, tidy and tasty.
