I like this Wetherspoons, it's nice on the outside, it's nice on the inside, but I thought it was very over the top telling my son that he couldn't eat his crisps in there, just because they didn't sell them, it wasn't like we didn't all have drinks. I'm surprised she didn't complain about me giving my baby, baby snacks too!
We hadn't realised there was a Wetherspoons in Nailsea (we were there for the day) and we are not always that pleased with the ones we've lunched at. But this one, The Glass Makers, was really very good. My friend had the steak and kidney pudding, peas and chips, which he enjoyed, and I had the chicken jalafrezi with chips and two poppadums. I can honestly say it was one of the very best curries I have ever had! Hurrah for Wetherspoons - they are in our good books once again!...read full review

The J D Weatherspoon's 'Glassmaker' pub, on the edge of Crown Glass Shopping Centre, in Nailsea, is a large watering hole offering good value meals and drinks. It was warm and cosy today (almost too warm) even though it was a chilly autumn morning. The member of staff that served us was pleasant and friendly.
