Stayed overnight in our campervan on level quiet large car park. Dinner was fantastic the publicans and locals were lovely… highly recommend xx gets busy for carvery and always polite to call ahead first if require pubstopover ?
My husband and I enjoyed a 10oz steak yesterday evening. Fantastic meal and desserts. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Has a lovely cosy atmosphere.Highly recommend!! Thank you to the owners and staff ??

Had occasion to visit this establishment following a days fishing nearbyNever been here before but have to say I certainly look forward to going back.The service was first class, the food was excellent - Had the best steak I have had for many a year.To top it all off - A good old fashioned historic country pub with a great atmosphere - Easily 5 stars all round
