I was encouraged to leave specific details here as a reply by PapaJohns with a link to their customer service page which was just a link to contact the store via phone and the store address. Just ridiculously long waiting times. I understand it's a weekend but you should expect it to get crazy as that's the nature of the business. Couple of hours wait for 3 pizzas.
Could possibly be the worst run franchise ever, they just cannot help but regurgitate the same transparent lies. App tells me I have have been enjoying my pizza for the last hour.. call the branch, not even out for delivery, but the traffic is bad? When asked don't they ride scooters.. no our drivers use cars. Pizza arrives 2 hours late, cold on a scooter. I normally only give 5 star reviews to businesses but when you spend 2 hrs waiting for pizza, it gives you time to complain.
