Lovely food, polite staff, but on two occasions they have got my online order wrong, and the telephone isn't answered to rectify it. Will still use however ?Parking: Easy to park directly outside the shop.
There is something wrong with the way they prioritise orders. It's not unusual to order something and have to wait and whilst you're waiting see a new customer come in, order the same thing and get their food straight away. The first time I thought it was a one off but it's happened a few times now. I've waited 20 minutes before and 5-10 other customers have come and gone and all that time the food I asked for was sitting on display in front of me. Went there again earlier than usual and was so busy.. was just 2 people serving , but the new guy was so fast, that after 5 min i was out with my lovely meal. Perfect, thanks once again guys specially to that
