If you ask for salt and pepper chips, you get chips with onion and carrot ( not salt and pepper) even though you have asked for no onion in the rest of your order. Owners didn't really care about that. Even though it was only £3.80 out of a £60 order. They refused a refund saying I should have known. The food there has always been good but they seem to lack on customer service if you aren't satisfied with your order. Our new fav takeout, we have had a number of takeouts now and never disapoint, the food is always piping hot and tasty. If your around the area we cant recommend The Golden Bowl high enough

Was staying at the local haven. They don't deliver to campsite which was a bummer. So had to go pick it up. Only fault we have. The Chinese food was beautiful one the best we had in a long time.
