There is stiff competition in a city of tea rooms and coffee shops, but Pickwicks stands out from the crowd and has never let us down. It always seems to be busy, but the attentive staff are well able to deal with lots of customers and treat everybody with the same courtesy and good humour. The food is of an excellent standard, particularly the home baked cakes and seasonal items, and the coffee is very good. We can thoroughly and unreservedly recommend Pickwicks.”

Coffee Shops • “Lovely branch of this well known chain. This was the first time using this branch as we were on holiday. They weren't busy at the time so we were served quickly. The food was great and the staff friendly. The toilets were also clean.Parking: There is no nearby parking so you will have to use a public one.”

Lovely range of cakes / buns…staff are very friendly and helpful….expected range of coffee / tea with the addition of seasonal flavours. Only 1 x toilet which was in need of a clean however this was the only downside…full disability access throughout and disabled toilet (toilet x 1 assessable for all - not specifically for disabled users) No parking by coffee shop use public car parks within the CityDietary restrictions: Limited GF optionsKid-friendliness: More of an adult set up - we did note some high chairs stacked against the wall …Wheelchair accessibility: Full disability access throughout”
“The best coffee shop in Wells and surrounding area by far.The coffee is great and expertly made and delivered. It’s as good as any coffee I ever had in Italy.They also have a really neat selection of cakes and food.A cool and funky atmosphere and an ambience that makes you comfortable and relaxed.”
