Lovely branch of this well known chain. This was the first time using this branch as we were on holiday. They weren't busy at the time so we were served quickly. The food was great and the staff friendly. The toilets were also clean.Parking: There is no nearby parking so you will have to use a public one.

Came to costa in wells in somerset on Wednesday 28th June 2023 At approx 9.15 am 1 lad on his own coping with the early morning rush… Lovely lad was still smiling he was lovely and kind speaking to the customers making them welcome… Then still managing to clear and clean the tables… Asking how their coffees were… Big up to him I’ve been to lots of costas where there are 5+ staff on with dirty tables miserable and can’t be assed… Well done to this guy…...read full review

Tables where not being cleared quickly enough. Staff lack training and customer service skills. Toastie we had was very soggy. They moaned when we wanted it done like how it should be.
