“My first time visiting here while staying at a campsite up the road, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was amazing – one of the best steaks I’ve ever had at a Greene King pub, cooked to perfection. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal.”

“I came in for the first time with my fiancé,we were both very impressed with how efficient and friendly the staff were. With it being a Sunday I went for the beef Sunday roast with a pate to start. My fiancé had the sweet potato roulade and a crisp halloumi salad to start. Every single aspect of our meal was executed fantastically. We both are incredibly happy and will be back very soon.”

“Popped in for lunch today with my wife and elderly father, plus two King Charles cavaliers. Made us feel very welcome, and the food was really good. I can heartily recommend the risotto with hake. Delicious. We will definitely be returning with other family members. A great find.”
