Been to Catherine’s inn multiple times, food is usually nice and affordable but recently has dropped a little in reputation. Went for a Yorkshire wrap and was very dry and clearly not fresh. Waitress took 20 minutes to give us more gravy so our food was able to be swallowed, place is going downhill slightly, hope it improves..
Went mid afternoon on a Friday, it was quiet and pleasant, we had a couple of drinks to start while we scoured the menu. The food arrived and looked as good as it tasted. I never picked a big meal as I had my eye on the Apple and berry crumble with lashings of custard, the perfect ending to a perfect meal. I even complimented the young waitress on her service and the rest of the staff, especially the chefs.Definitely recommend this lovely welcoming little country restraunt. Five...read full review
