We order from here all the time and love the food. HOWEVER we ordered on mad friday and were very dissapointed with our service. I was told the food would be an hour.. It was a lot lot longer.. I dont usually complain, not in my nature.. But i was pushed to my limit and i felt let down.However a very nice phone call off the owner, which was so appreciated.I feel so much better now.. I can see how much they appreciate their customers.. Thankyou.. Will be remaining a loyal customer.....read full review
We have just had an amazing ham pizza, chips but garlic sauce missing delivered by a really happy smiley driver . After a phone call as my grandson loves garlic sauce someone came straight away with the sauce. Brilliant all round thank you.

Never get a bad pizza from this place. Square pizzas absolutely loaded with toppings and always hot and fresh. Never had to wait longer than what is expected at peak ordering times for most takeaways (1hr or so). Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from as we always return to Pachinos for our pizza fix!
