Never been in the Grove before today. Pubs are not normally my thing but the welcome was so warm and friendly I felt instantly at home. Staff are so friendly and have a really great sense of humour. Bantering with regulars and colleagues alike. Booking is advised but they did squeeze us in has we hadn't booked. There for a wake. Not somewhere we'd normally go. No hand pump real ale but choice of larger & bottles. Buffet made on site which was fabulous, would definitely recommend thatStaff friendly & helpful

Great pub friendly locals , well stocked bar and good bar staff. They do food too a lovely roast on Sundays .check during week too .personally I go for the karioke myself which is fortnightly st the mo but will be weekly soon .Always a good night on karioke night !
