The Masons Arms is a traditional market place pub with a lot of character. It offers a good selection of cask ales, including Timothy Taylors and Ilkley Blond, and has a lovely interior with a busy front bar and a nice rear beer courtyard. The food menu looks fantastic, and the pricing of the beverages is pretty low. The staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere is peaceful, making it a brilliant place to spend a day off work.
