Great meal out last night, never been before but was given some gift vouchers from friends as a Christmas present. Had the steak pie and my wife had fish and chips, all top quality. Heineken and house white wine for drinks made it a definite place for a future

The Royal Oak in Tickhill has to be my favourite eatery pub in Doncaster by far. The food is outstanding, the service is second to none, the prices are extremely reasonable and the quiet atmosphere is comfortably sound. I highly recommend the mixed grill if you're a meat eater with a hearty appetite ?. My wife prefers the lamb shank.?
