A very nice pub serving an excellent range of beers. We travelled recently from Ipswich for football, only to arrive in Rotherham and find the game postponed. However because we had a wasted journey and we're soaking wet with rain and cold, the landlord very kindly bought us a round. Much to our surprise, the barman bought us the next round. Comfortable, traditional boozer with excellent service and prices. Does the traditional boozer to perfection.I recommend the Mighty Miller lovely pint.I still recommend the mighty miller but iron and steel is worth a try. New York pale is a very pleasant drink too.Reggae pale a gud un too. Ok I love this pub

This is what you call a proper oldy worthy pub, open fire . Friendly people and chris and bar staff fabulous.Real Yorkshire ales from chantry brewery tap . You will get a warm welcome Come give it a try .fabulous range of other beers and spirits.Match days packed , other times more comfortable. Juke box if you want any music on .
