Always come to this branch of Five Guys, loads of space to park, always top tier service & the staff are brilliant.Had an issue with a gift card today, but James Wood (assume onsite manager) sorted it all out. Really nice young man with a great customer service attitude. Will visit here again, very soon.Keep up the good work everyone ?

Consistency. No matter which one you visit, they’re always great flavorful Pattie’s and french fries, just like in the States. I like the fact that even when their kitchen is very exposed to public, cooks are very well behaved and focused in their work. No drama, no dirty clothes spoken in front of everyone specially because of the little ones. ????‍???‍???‍??‍???‍?

This was my first experience eating at five guys and I won't be rushing back. Food was below average for the cost of it, each item was sold separately so no meal deals, putting the price up. The lady serving was nice. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time and are both disabled yet when our food was ready they shouted for us to come and collect it rather than a nice gesture of bringing it to our table.
