Served by Jade today who was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we were 100% happy with all of our food, and was very allergy conscious with my sweetcorn allergy. A brilliant member of staff with a great work ethic and a credit to your business!
I’m not usually one for reviews but I had a particularly good experience by my server today. She was friendly on arrival, informing me It was, ‘perfect timing as the meatballs were fresh out!’ She then made my sandwich with pride and passion for her job! The end result being the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had, (I eat enough.) Been a few times Staff were quite rude, manager was the worst of all didn’t like the way he talked to other staff. Girl with a head scarf was absolutely lovely to me, actually made me feel welcomed.
