“Been coming to the pub for years and ever since Fiona has taken the pub over it had been booming. Great music playing with live music a lot of the time with James Bond playing on the tv which never goes amiss. So happy to see the pub thriving again it’s a great little place full of locals that will talk to anyone. Would deffo recommend!”

“Went for the bottomless lunch menu and the service was great and the servers were alert with bringing out the refill of drinks , the food was nice and we were seated as a larger group by ourselves which felt nice. They also provided boxes for the left over food which was appreciated”

“We called in for my partners birthday hoping for a last minute table and the place was very busy, showing how popular the restaurant is. We where greeted by a very friendly professional man called Falcone who informed us it may take 20 mins for a table so I looked at my partner and said its your birthday so your choice and as soon as I had mentioned it was a birthday Falcone said wait ill sort it and got us a lovely table straight away ? which was just so kind and brilliant service from the start.

The atmosphere is quaint and cosy, the service was fast and the food was that good we returned the next day for another meal as we loved it so much !

The whole team are super professional and friendly always chatty and making sure everything is perfect

“I have been here so many times over the last 8 years and hadn't realized that I had never written a review :(. So let me correct this error! It is arguably now the best restaurant in Burton - and certainly the most consistent. The food is ALWAYS good and if you choose wisely tasty and money well spent. Service is always with a smile, helpful and friendly. The ambiance is cosy and you can influence by your choice of seating - plenty of options allowing a romantic meal with your SO, a business meeting or fun with friends. Personally I love the tapas!!”
