Nice food, not the very best quality, but exceptionally good value which made up for a couple of the nit picky things. The service was perfectly paced and our server, Jordon, was faultless being very helpful and friendly. It was however very quiet for a Saturday night which left the atmosphere flat. So I always believe in second chance especially when coming out to eat in restaurants. Our first time visiting the Bella Italia burton branch wasn’t the most pleasant. But after persuasion from the family me and my husband decided to give Bella Burton a second chance and we was so glad we did it we had a phenomenal experience. Had a lovely meal with friends and family yesterday at the Bella Italia Burton branch. The food was lovely and we didn’t have to wait long to receive our food and drinks. The staff 2 young lasses who looked after us their names was Rachel and Courtney was both lovely and when they greeted us goodbye they wished us a happy new year with a friendly smile these too girls is what makes people like us wanted to return.
