Absolutely livid at this place, ordered my food at 7pm and still no arrival at near 10pm, called the takeaway over 10 times and no answer, customer service is atrocious and still not getting my money back.
APPALLINGpaid 2x90p for 2 pots mint yoghurt. Received 1 tiny pot. Chicken popcorn and chips had 11 pieces of popcorn??Called, but woman on phone hadn't got a clue so I put the phone down. You'll be getting no more of our money.

I ordered and the driver after 20 minutes after the delivery time he said he couldn’t get to me because of the flood so I said okay can I have a refund and he said yes. He then proceeds to cancel the order after three more calls because he still hasn’t done it and then he placed a cancellation fee of exactly my total so I wouldn’t get a refund. I have called many times and he keeps assuring me I will get the money but it still hasn’t.
