Used to love this place and all subways. After our experience today will not return to subway at all. Asked for a sub off the menu and wanted to choose my own salad. I did specify that I wanted to do this before the sub was being made. I was told by the lady behind the counter I cannot do this even though I was willing to pay more? I thought the motto was subway your way? The manner in which she was speaking to other colleagues and customer is unacceptable. I’ll avoid this in future.

Just to let you know i am a per that Observes people.The subway in the Octagon centre is getting better with the new menu it is hard for the staff and the customers knowing what goes in a sub. The Interactions with the customers can be better for some of the staff and with each other. The lady that was the manger was great but she could of been better if she had be given the training that she should have had from the start. The new temporary manger is but she is not normally over at this one but she is do well. The new menu is all wrong it was better the way is was and you knew what was in your sub now you have to read everything Twice so you know what is going into the sub who ever Decided do it that this must be mad and not thinking of what the customers. We'll that is all I have to say let's see how it goes this week hopefully better than last week

No stars at all if I could have used that option. We ordered today via Just Eat and the delivery driver was rude and kept talking over us whilst we tried to direct him to us. He was obviously not local to the area and didn't have a clue where he was. He never delivered our food (we have been working all day and couldn't get out) but the app says he has delivered it. We phoned the restaurant and they just don't want to know. We are so angry that we have paid for something we haven't received and can't seem to do anything about it. This is the second time this has happened to us from this branch and it will be the last.

I would like to give zero stars. Worked in Subway before and can say this place is not clean at all. 3 people working and doing nothing. Tables dirty, around cash machine cockroaches soon will run around. Cookie’s were definitely old as I know how fresh ones taste. Could go on and on how bad was my experience in there?

Place was filthy food all over the floors and tables! Man who made my sub clearly was new an had not be taught how to make a sub properly was soooo messy and more food out side the sub than in a I struggled to handle my food !Lady on the till was lovely and very polite

Less than ZERO STARS horrendous service, keep forgetting to include items that were paid in your order, then threaten to call security on you, when you ask them to investigate. Absolutely vile behaviour and not what you would expect from chain restaurant. Extremely dissatisfied. Also ordered toasted sandwich and it came cold
