A very friendly country pub with a good selection of beers. The food menu is extensive and they seem to specialise in pies. Not eaten there yet so cant advise, but I see no reason not
Booked for a family birthday when arrived was just given the pie menu which was disappointing as last visit we had the full menu and was lovely There was a good selection of pies available we were later told the they only open on a Monday night and its just pies they open in the day for main menu There was no starters available and we wasnt offered desserts other than placing our order we were pretty much ignored I opted for the steak and tilton pie with bacon mash onion rngs...read full review

Had a really good meal and excellent service during our visit last week. Nothing was too much trouble, food choices and portion's far exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return again.
