“Great stop off after a walk in lovely Dimmingsdale ☺️ We sat in a 'potting shed' with our dog & ordered food at the hatch. A buzzer lets you know your meals are ready to collect. Food was lovely & hot & the cakes are divine ?”

“Excellent service provided by Ellie. I was waiting for my daughter to arrive which took longer than expected. But ellie made me feel very welcome and said don't worry and allowed me to wait at the table. Never once did I feel rushed or unwelcome. Super service thank you.”

“Very nice place, extremely clean and very pleasant staff. Salad bar with the main course which was good and mains very tasty. Quick service. One meal wasn't that fantastic, vegan chilli was a bit spicy but other than that excellent. You know what you are getting in places like this and this didn't disappoint. Within walking distance if you're staying at Trentham Gardens.”

“We called for a meal on the way home from Alton Towers, 6 adults and 3 children. The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us (The football was on but once it had finished the channel was swapped for us to watch the rugby World Cup) Clean plates all round. Good selection of food to choose from and fresh and home made. We will definitely call again if we are in the area.”

“We came in during lunch rush on a wet Saturday afternoon. We were greeted immediately and to our pleasant surprise a table was available immediately. We sat in a booth which had plenty space for six of us, and took our places in the food queue. The queue was large (it was a Saturday afternoon after all), but it moved quickly and we were served courteously and quickly. The meat was all fresh and cooked well, servings were generous. The vegetables and sides were all fresh and full. All very impressive for how busy it was. I have to commend the kitchen team for this. The food was great and our table was cleared quickly once we had finished. Our server, Logan then offered the option of pudding, Logan was an excellent server and was friendly and informative and helped in the inevitable difficult dessert decisions. The pudding was incredible, I had a cheesecake with freshly whipped cream, which I found as a nice surprise compared to the normal aerosol cream which is served as a substitute. We left happy and full, and for great value - nothing could have been better today than a visit to Toby at Trentham. If you're looking for friendly service and excellent food and value. Look no further than here.”

“My niece really wanted us to eat here. The novelty factor is definitely high and makes it great for children. Very little choice of food and drink though (no small bottles of sparkling water) and quite expensive for what you get and the lighting was a bit uncomfortable but my niece loved it so that's a win for me.”
