Gorgeous family meal at the star tonight. The food, atmosphere and most importantly the service was incredible, staff so friendly and courteous… even surprising me with a birthday cake as they had spotted my badge !!10 stars if I could !
A beautiful evening shared with my new fiancé and the Star did not disappoint! We both had 3 courses washed down with some of their cocktails! Just WOW! Jess and Jess were excellent waitresses and went above expectation when our dessert arrived with a sparkler and a ‘congrats’ message for our engagement! We will definitely be returning!

Noodles weren't the best choice . Very small portion and pretty dull tasting. Tried some of the other dishes and they were great . Great pub aesthetically. Service at the bar slow but maybe just short staffed for a Sunday, Barman was also a bit to full of himself. staff were working very hard and were very polite and courteous though couldn't give it more than 4/5
