Ordered on two separate occasions and each time they got the order wrong. Toppings missing or different topping to what was orders ( eg: asked for BBQ sauce and got burger sauce, asked for chicken and ham and just got ham, etc) wonāt be using again.
Had to contact the store after receiving cold food for the second time!!Canāt fault how polite the staff are when sorting the problem out. But didnāt like the fact that I was made to feel guilty when complaining the second time. Complaints are made when a customer isnāt happyā¦.not because theyāre trying to scam the store*Updateā¦..had to complain about the follow up order due to lack of cheese and no sauce on the pizza..even though it arrived hot this time!!! Brilliant. Ordered 10 pizzas and they were ready really quickly. The tracking was accurate. Staff were great, and let us know that they were packing our order up when we arrived. We ordered normal, gluten free and vegan pizzas - all of which had lots of toppings and good flavours. Used the deals on the website, but still quite expensive.
