Had a quarter pounder with cheese...after waiting 20 mins with only 2 cars in front of me, the burger was cold, dry, and tasted rubbery. Obviously been sitting on a shelf somewhere.At over £4 l expect a freshly cooked one.......horrible!

we were the only car in the drive through and yet we're still asked to pull up and wait and we sat and waited for 20 minutes while watching other people who arrived after us receive food first. then when we eventually did receive our food it was stone cold and tastless. so much for fast food. I am very disappointed. my refrigerated orange juice was warmer than my chips. bread was stale. mcspicy had more mayo in the box then on the burger and my mum only got half a cup of coffee ??

Don't bother ordering from here. Can't even get an order right twice in a row not to mention being closed recently for 'pest control'.First order: everything received except the deluxe. The fries were the most stale looking McDonald's fries I've ever received. Looked like they'd been sat there for days and they were stone cold even though delivery didn't take that long and I don't live too far away so they should not have been that cold.Second order was made due to them giving me a food voucher as a gesture of goodwill. Today I received the fries and drink from the free meal but not the burger. Yet all items I added on that I paid for were received but the burger from the free voucher was missing. What is the point of giving me the voucher if you're going to repeat the same mistake! Didn't even want to order from here but the maccies app directed it there despite me clicking on a different one.

Went here over the weekend pretty late in the evening, and it took around 20 minutes to get our food even though when we arrived there was only a couple of customers in front of us, I had seen our order ready for a while, but the staff seemed more bothered about getting the drive through orders and delivery orders done before the customers inside.

Disabled toilets... Product placement is abominable the hand dryer right above the tap went to wash my hands and it activated the dryer I got wet through as it sprayed all over me the toilet and

Ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and mc spicy for myself, driver turned up with no happy meals and just said call just eat and went , can't find any number for just eat so had to mess about through the app, also tried calling the store a couple of times , just be told via recorded message to leave name and number and they'll get back to me , this was about 11:30, it's now 7pm and nobody has bothered contacting me and still not had a reply from just eat either, I think the management need to have a word with staff because missing two meals of an order is just sloppy !!!

This place is genuinely appalling! Deliveroo and uber eats drivers take priority over everyone.The food orders are literally never ever correct based on the last 7 visits. From the last 10 visits the milkshake and mcflurry machines have not been working 8 times yet they let you queue in the drive through and waste your time. Dont bother asking to speak to the manager as you'll get someone pretending to be one and the staff are incredibly rude. Dont bother getting your kids a happy meal either, my lad had a reindeer Paddington in his just 2 days ago!!!! Literally avoid this maccies like the plague!!!!

I love mcdonalds...except this one the reason is I ordered pancakes WITH syrup yet I got no syrup I went in to get syrup and stood there for maybe 10-20 minutes as there was only 1 person at the till and they were resolving an issue they had with an uber eats deliverer over 2 drinks they didn't get .when I got to the till the lady was rude and called her manager for help with syrup? Seriously who asks for help with syrup.I have had many issues with this mcdonalds before with food being incomplete and having the food incorrect truly one of the worst mcdonalds in the country with food quality and service

Absolutely incompetent, every time we order through Uber eats always something missing. Past 3 times we ordered sauces always missing!!!! We even added it to the notes to not forget the sauces and add ketchup and again missed the sauces!
