It appears anyone can become a manager at Mac Donald’s nowadays. I just had yet another dismal experience at Mac Donald’s, this time at the Victoria road branch. I ordered a Big Mac meal and a fillet of fish, trusting that everything would be ok I got into my van and drove off only to find that the fillet bun was like an old sole off of a slipper, needless to say I drove back to the branch to get a replacement. Very touch-and-go. We usually get our food delivered and have often had items missing. Also have been items missing when I’ve been to the restaurant in person. I get nervous about ordering from here now, in case everything isn’t there. Food quality is okay, but service needs to be improved upon.

Good Food, tasty!Service was bit slow but it was busy. So can't fault them for that.Atmosphere well its a McDonalds surrounded by screaming kids, so not brill and the toilets were repulsive. So luckily I chose the take-out option but you might as well use baby wipes to clean your hands before eating your meal.Parking: Small carpark. but you can park on the business park which is quieter.
