Food is excellent. And customer service is excellent. But Trish is the stand out member of staff no offence to anyone else but she is the the perfect customer care member for McDonald's. Other branches could do with a Trish or Trish train another Trish.
Always busy however always clean. Young staff seem pre occupied and not customer focussed. I have had 5 missing items orders throughout the past year, 2 checked at the window, 2 when I got home and had to return and 1 from a delivery. Getting things rectified is not an issue.
