45 minute wait to then find out items missing from order. Mentioned this to a member of staff who said they would grab it then just talked to a colleague for 20 minutes. Never got the missing item as it wasn't worth wasting the timeThey also need to stop leaving items out before the order is ready as multiple people have complained about being handed soupy mcflurries that have been left out standing

As a chav who loves mcdonalds this aint it, mcdonalds in brum its 10x better quality and they get hundreds of customers.Burger tastes like cardboard, everything's cold, was half expecting most of the order to not arrive not gonna lie, but it did so that's the only plus, the uber driver was more warm and welcoming than the entire order.If you're a uni student don't eat here, save you're money this mcdonalds isn't worth contributing to you're dept.Salad was none existent and what did arrive was old you could tell from the taste that they don't use anything to keep the salad nice legit had to take it out of the burger because of how little I trusted it.After looking up the place the amount of negative reviews I'm seriously surprised this place is still open, they must be either really understaffed or the management is a mess.So conclusion, it ain't it bruv

Honestly sick of it now , can never get an order correct, not hard include everything that's meant to be there. Forgot my dips , forgot my drink for my meal, didn't add the added cheese I paid for on the burger , worst place to go to order a delivery , employees need to double check orders before sending it out, its not hard
