Arrived at the drive through around 11pm, no cars at all in front of us, took a few mins to be acknowledged, once we were, rude, no manners used at all, and the member of staff was clearly to busy messing around with a colleague. This was then confirmed at window 2, where they continued to mess about, not use manners and had infact taken our order incorrectly to start with. Why have a Just Eat machine for orders if your not going to accept the order? Waited until the store actually closed to be able to know they weren't accepting orders even though just eat had taken my money?

Ordered food using the app. Spent £ and also redeemed some of my points. One of my items was missing but neither mcdonalds or user want to do anything about it.Everytime I use this particular mcdonalds there is an issue. They actually forgot my whole order and left me parked up outside the last time I used their drive through.They are thieves and take payment but don't supply your food.Disgusting customer service from mcdonalds yet again.
