I've had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ruth in person several times now and I have made it my mission to never leave our conversations without taking one of her garlic and rosemary focaccia breads with me. One of the best breads I have ever tasted, part of the real bread movement and the ingredients are simply to die for! Hunnypot's bread is just simply delicious! You really need to taste it.My personal favourites are Ciabatta, Foccacia for your Italian meal and Fig and Walnut is gorgeous with a fabulous chunk of farmhouse cheddar and homemade chutney. She has lots to choose from, so give her a try. She is so lovely and helpful.
