Absolutely beautiful meal for my birthday ? the lovely young lady called Danielle was fabulous..nothing was to much,she answered every question we asked about the menu,she was kind attentive and a glowing warm smile ! Not a bad pub. Dog friendly and they have a doggy menu. Food is a bit over priced for what it is. Nice outside area and a cosy open fire inside. Right on the canal, so a fantastic place for a walk.
The whole restaurant/ pub itself is beautiful and you almost feel so far away from home. I need to visit in winter when that beautiful open fire is lit.The food is so beautifully presented and of course tasted delicious. The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the roast potatoes, they reminded us of those frozen Aunt Bessie’s ones but we still can’t wait to come back and enjoy the same meal and also try the rest of the menu.Already recommend The Tame Otter to friends and family...read full review
