The St, Assington, SudburyWe had a very happy warm welcome today, asked for two hot cappuccinos & got two, I say this as so many cafes serve it up warm!Had their homemade pumpkin soup which was absolutely delicious served with half a sandwich, I would just say the soup bowl was very tiny, child size infact but very very nice.

Colchester Rd, BuresAs far as places-what-I-have-driven -past-and google-got-excited goes, this is right up there. I have driven past this place from various directions, and every time is a joy. I look forward to driving past again. I hear they sell food 'n that, might even go in one day, once I have finished driving past.

9A Bridge St, BuresGreat find!I was working right outside the deli and thought I’d pop in for something for breakfast, got a bacon baguette and it was very nice! that nice I went there for lunch too and again a nice fresh baguette filled up to the brim, I’m a bit gutted I live so far away but will definitely visit again on my travels 5starsParking: Parking can be difficult

Shoulder Of Mutton
The St, Assington, SudburyCame here for lunch. Had to wait for only 5 minutes for a table to free up but walked round the antique shop in that time. Had the chefs own lasagna which was delicious and a huge portion. The chunky chips were perfection. The wait for food was minimal, the decor was beautiful and the history of the building us fascinating 100% recommend going there and although they accept card they prefer cash as they paid over £400 in fees for the card machine last year which was shocking to read ??
