We had the 5 course tasting menu which was excellent, with many interesting and subtle flavours. The waiter was very helpful and gave us good guidance concerning the wine flight, and explained the wines and courses in detail. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. We would happily return if we were in Bury St Edmunds again.
The coziest and most delicious tasting menu dinner. Perfect end to our visit in Bury St Edmunds. The ambiance was just what we were looking for and the tasting menu was excellent and priced very fairly! We loved it!

Went for late lunch on a Friday and loved every dish of 1921's 5 course taster menu. Staff are always friendly, attentive and informative but not pretentious. Great value for money when I think they provide Michelin quality food. Love love love this place!!!
