Popped into the Boathouse cafe after dropping off the children at the PGL camp and was pleasantly surprised but the quality of the food and service. The external area was a little underwhelming but the internal setting was cozy. I had a cheese scone with chutney and it was simple delicious - highly recommended.
Visited here on Easter Sunday, before a trip to the museum. We had to wait a little while but it was well worth it as everything was made fresh. The sandwiches and soup were very nice, as was the cake. The cafe is in a lovely setting with friendly helpful staff. Definitely one to recommend.
Lovely place with great views. With the tables they provide binoculars so you can sit out and view the board etc. lovely selection of drinks and delicious sausage rolls! Will be returning ❤️
