A great local pub with lots of local events music quiz nights, no food but pizza night once a week. The owners have brought into local village life.While visiting one of the locals stood in behind the bar to get me a drink while the owner was down in the cellars.

We stopped at the Swan Inn after being caught in a rain storm and were absolutely soaked to the core.Unbeknownst to us, the pub was actually closed in preparation for a wedding, but seeing our plight, the owners took pity on us, gave us a towel to dry ourselves and soggy dog off with and we stopped for a drink! Absolute superstars and makes you realise there are nice, helpful and understanding people left in this world!
