Stayed in the area and was recommended the Shepherd & Dog for an evening meal. I had already checked out the place earlier in the day with a swift Cider ( this one counts as sustenance as I was walking) and decided to return for my evening meal. The staff were very pleasant and friendly explaining that there was a large party booked in later that evening, so I went straight for the menu to avoid the kitchen crush.
