Five stars all day long!One of the best Full English Breakfasts I've ever had, with special mention to the black pudding and sausage, which were excellent and quite simply the best I've ever tried.It is clear that this is cooked with dedication, using very high quality ingredients. Even the beans taste carefully home cooked (as opposed to the usual sugary stuff from a can), and the mushroom and hash, also off the charts.The same excellence repeats on the drinks! The English breakfast was delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. And bring married to an “English” husband, I have eaten many an English breakfast! The bangers were very tasty.The proprietress was so pleasant and warm, making me feel at home. She gave information about historic Ipswich and also how she is trying to keep an atmosphere of community with her customers despite some of the economic challenges of COVID’s aftermath.
